Hello Bobgdevon,
When you create a bill and save it, whatever you have put as the category so for example if the category was fees, if you go to the chart of accounts and in the search bar type fees and run the report you will see that bill you have created for the customer in there.
Although it appears as you say under the category, if I look in the creditors account history and open their account A/P history.
The transaction (Bill) is not on their record.
I have recently converted from Quickbooks Desktop (over 10 years usage) to Quickbooks Online and this is a problem that I reported before.
With the original incident one of your colleagues took control of my computer and solved the issue, when I questioned how to solve the problem, I was informed that the page need to be refreshed.
Which obviously I have tried this time to no avail, so therefore I am need of some more help with this problem.
What web browser are you doing this in Bobgdevon?
I am not sure if the web browser is Microsoft edge or Google Chrome
What is the preferred web browser you recommend?
Hi there, bobgdevon,
Allow me to join and share the supported browsers you need to get the best out of your QuickBooks experience.
You can refer to this article: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, and QuickBooks Self-Employed. It includes recommended specs and minimum computer requirements.
Also, since you've moved from Desktop, some of your lists and reports won't be converted because of feature differences. Check out the Find out what data doesn't convert when you migrate from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online for more details.
Keep in touch if you need additional information. I'm always right here to help.
Thank you and take care!
