Today I am not able to download reports in excel format. Is there any issue with QB today?

We are not aware of any widespread issue, what is happening when you attempt to download the reports?

I am able to download report in pdf format. But when I click on "Export in Excel" nothing happens and report is also not downloaded. 

Earlier I never faced this problem.

Is this happening on all reports or just one specific report? What browser are you using?

It is happening on all reports - AR Ageing, Profit & Loss and Balance sheet.

We have not had any other reports of this issue today. Can we ask you to try in a different browser? Do you get the same issue?If you do could you advise if you are using a windows or mac pc and if you are using the mac/windows app for QuickBooks or which browser you are using.
