When I email statements, what software is used as I cannot track the email as being sent. Can it work with Gmail? if so how?

When I email statements, what software is used as I cannot track the email as being sent. Can it work with Gmail? if so how?

Hello @dougparsons77,

 

Sending emails through QuickBooks will automatically use the QuickBooks domain, changing it is unavailable. You can pull up your Audit Log report to see the list of statements sent to your customers.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Tools, select Audit Log.
  3. Select Filter.
  4. On the Events section, select Statements.
  5. Click Apply.

But you can change the email address of your customer's forms.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Company.
  4. On the Contact info section, remove the Same as company email chackmark.
  5. Enter your email address.
  6. Click Save.
