Hello Kevin197, thanks for your reply. In the Profit and Loss% of Total Income Report there is not a way to change the percentage to round down to 1 or 2 decimals. You have the option of going to customise in the top right of that report>number format>tick in without pence. This will round the percentages.
We appreciate this may not work for what you want and we can certainly pass on your feedback(it is worth adding feedback in the cog in the top right of QuickBooks as well)
Any questions at all let us know, we'd be happy to help in any way we can.
Hello Kevin197, thanks for posting on the Community page, if you go to the main cog wheel>account and settingsd>advanced> other preferences- number format you can select which format you want in there.
Thank you Ashleigh1, but unfortunately all that does is offer different formats for displaying numbers, it does not alter the number of decimal places that the percentages are shown as. Just to clarify, right now for example the percentage shows as 9.12345%, rather than the more practical 9.1%, or even 9.12%. How can I alter this please?

Thank you for your suggestion emmam6. The 'without pence' is an improvement, but unfortunately rounds the percentages down to zero places, which on a typical P&L with lots of small value line items shows them almost all at 0%. On such an established product as QB online, one would really expect such a simple task to be achievable (just as it was on my QB Desktop version for 20+ years). Anyway, thank you again for your suggestion, it is better than what I started with.
