Can you please get them to try clearing the cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and see if it then shows the option for reports. If it doesn’t then your client will have the new updated left hand menu tabs.
Client has tried this and made no difference. They need to report option so how do we resolve?

I've got the steps on how to show the Report menu in the left panel.
It's possible that your account is on Business view. This is why the Report section isn't showing.
Let's switch it to Accountant view to change your interface and see this option on the left panel.

It's also a great idea to memorise the report to save its current settings. This way, you won't have to customise it again for the specific data you need.
