Hello there, 3el.
The reports can only be seen in the menu option. This isn't available under bookmarks.
Additionally, I'll share this article to help you edit and format the layout of your financial reports: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

I have never used QB on MS edge, logged in and report bookmark is still missing plus when editing bookmarks the reports bookmark is not available. I can see it on the "menu" option in "customize your menu" but I can't see it on "bookmarks" option.
The option to add "reports" is missing.
Surely I should be able to see the "report" option to add it, I can see all the others.
Welcome back to the thread, 3el.
I've updated my answer above. You can view it on this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/reports-and-accounting/re-reports-are-now-missing-...

How strange as I had the bookmark all of the time to to today.
That is how I used QB
Considering Reports was bookmarked and then it was taken away... this doesn't answer the question, where did it go and why. my accountant can see the reports bookmarked in my bookmark but I can't.
Thank you for posting here about being unable to bookmark reports, dann. I'm here to clarify what happened to this feature.
QuickBooks Online Advanced allows you to add the Reports under Bookmarks. However, adding this for a lower version is unavailable. As a workaround, you can amend your Menu section and drag Reports at the top to access them easily.
Our goal is to meet the diverse needs of businesses. Thus, I suggest forwarding this to our team of product developers, who can evaluate its feasibility for future updates based on the level of demand.
Here's how:
To quickly access features or jobs, you can move them to the top of the menu. Check out this guide to learn more about how to do it.: Understand the navigation menu in QuickBooks Online.
Moreover, I have added a helpful reference that provides detailed instructions for running and customizing reports. This resource should assist you in effectively utilizing the reporting feature to achieve your goals.
If you have any additional questions about how to customise your layout or any other preferences for the system, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm happy to help you with anything you need.
So they took the ability away from the plus? Because I was able to. Then all of a sudden I can't.
Same here Dann, I had it under my bookmarks and now it's gone.
I have it at the top of my menu but what's the point of that. I always have the menu closed and used the bookmarks.
So QB did you remove the report from bookmarks options and if you did why?
I'll explain why reports aren't in the bookmarks section, 3el.
The latest QuickBooks Online (QBO) menu gives access to features such as invoicing, banking, employee management, reports, and more. It could be why the developer removed this feature from Plus and made it available only to QBO Advanced subscribers.
You may consider upgrading to QBO Advanced to add Reports under Bookmarks.

It's a very minor change but changing of my settings I had already and now making my experience worse in the process by removing a bookmark I use daily and then tell me to upgrade my account to get it back.
So you're telling me to change from £38pm to £90pm to get the function I had a few weeks ago? Are you really serious with this answer?
Yes, QBO is in the business of not giving people full functionality. From the beginning qbo are trying to get desktop users to change and not forcing them to change to qbo and expecting them to pay way more for half the functionality. So why not in this area also. And for the next QBO employee to answer, don't lie to us and say that the QBO advanced is fully functional like the desktop, learn the difference.

Yep I agree, I'm now paying for a service that is lacking more and more. My desktop version was great, paid once and it was done. Now I'm yearly what I paid once off. It's always about the money and not the customers.
Now they keep changing it and causing issues each time as you need to re-adjust all setting back again to the way you like it or they just remove things you actually use daily, really opens my eyes on QB more and more each time they do this.
