Let me help get the Management Report working again.
I've checked with my resources and we don't have any open tickets similar about this issue. I have a few easy steps to resolve this.
First, open QuickBooks in a private window or incognito mode. This turns off extensions and add-ons that interfere with the program.
Here are the shortcut keys for each browser:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you can generate a report successfully via these sessions, clear the cache of your regular browser. This can help the application to run better on your computer.
I recommend running the Health Checkup tool to identify any issues with your browser's health.
