Having you generate a profit and loss on your QuickBooks Mobile app is my priority. Let's get to the bottom of this concern and get you back on track.
We haven't received any similar cases reported to us. For now, let's go ahead and try resetting the app to refresh its connection. In doing that, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Below are the references that you can check out in performing the process:
Once done, start generating the Profit and Loss report:
- From the main menu, select Profit & Loss.
- Select points in the graph to see the income and expense details for the month.
- Select the report filter icon and choose a different date range or enter a custom range.
- Select View Report to see your income, expense, and gross profit breakdowns.
- Pull the arrow down to return to the graph.
If you get the same result, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support for additional help. They have more tools, like screen share to help to determine what's causing the issue and help you get back to business in no time.
