Why do the descriptions do not show when I upload bank statements in the USD account or account other than GBP. The GBP accounts shows descriptions

The bank statements are in QBO format and the option to map does not appear. We are using QuickBooks Online

Could you please include a  screenshot of the spreadsheet being uploaded and the information displayed when uploading and imorted, this will allow us to investigate further for you.

We resolved the issue by extracting the statement as .CSV rather than QBO. This gave us the option to map the columns.
