Why doesnt all my journals post

I can see how this unexpected issue kept your journals from being posted in your company. Allow me to address your concern and guide you on how to fix it. 

 

Before we begin, may I ask which report you ran? This is to see whether there have been any reported issues similar to this one.

 

The date range entered in the Report period field and transaction type set in the Filter section affects how the data is displayed in the report. You'll have to use the Customise feature to fix the issue.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), open the report you're working on.
  2. Click the Report period drop-down and choose the date range. For example, This Year.
  3. Tap the Customise menu to open the Customise report window.
  4. In the Filter section, tick the box for Transaction Type and choose Journal Entry.
  5. Press the Run report button for the changes to take effect.
