Please troubleshoot any potential browser issue that may be causing this by pressing Ctrl + F5 to reload the site, or access QuickBooks via another web browser or private browsing window (you can open a private browsing window by pressing Ctrl + Shift + n in Google Chrome or MS Edge). If you continue to experience problems, try clearing the cache and cookies to fully fix.
I have similar, I have an invoice template for customers we need to display Invoice Finance messages for and a template for customers outside this requirement. When I select a different template, the templates dont change, and if I press Ctrl + F5 it just crashes the invoice process.
More to the point, I should not need to generally clear cookies to suit quickbooks and cause problems for myself on other searches and websites.
Hello Daveyj1, thanks for posting on this thread, we appreciate what you are saying, have you tried clearing your cache and cookies to see if it resolves it for you as most of the time, doing this does resolve issues, we see what you are saying and have passed it on. Can you open up an invoice, on the bottom banner select the invoice template and then go to print preview once you have done the clear of the cache and cookies (or if you prefer open up QuickBooks in a private browsing window). Does the message still not show? If so let us know which box on the template you're putting the message in, and we'll look into this further. Thanks
