Are there separate EZ Map fields for "Customer Name" and "Customer Contact Name" as I would like to print these on invoices separate from the <shippingaddress> field?

When you use the EZ Map field <billingaddress> on an invoice you get the customer address.  When you use the EZ Map field <shippingaddress> you get the customer address preceded by the Customer Name on the first line then the Customer contact name on the second line.  So, it would seem that the Customer Name and Contact Name must exist as separate EZ Map fields.  If this is indeed the case then what are their field names as I would like to show them on invoices separate from the shipping address?

Thank you for posting here, @haydenkendler. I’ll help share some information about the EZ Map fields in QuickBooks Online.

I recognize the convenience of separating the customer name and customer contact name apart from the shipping address. At this time, there isn't an integrated way to print them since this is currently unavailable in the invoice template.

I’d suggest sending feedback request to our product development team within the program. The more feedback about a certain feature they receive, the greater the chance it'll be added.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your suggestion.
  3. Tap Next to send it.

As of now, we don't have a specific date for when these features will be available. To be updated with the recent and upcoming changes for QuickBooks products, visit these sites:

Additionally, you’ll want to read about uploading invoice template to QuickBooks. This will guide you through preparing your template in Microsoft Word. For more details, check out our QuickBooks Online EZ Map Fields Catalogue and samples.

Furthermore, you’ll want to learn how to fix errors if you encountered one when uploading your form or matching fields: Get help if you encounter errors.
