Are you able to group suppliers together, i.e. various Premier Inn hotels on one account?

As a travel agent all our suppliers mainly are hotels, we have multiple sites for each chain of hotels as a result our supplier list is massive, is there a way to group them together? on the sales side you can set up a main account and then add sub accounts.  We still need to be able to identify which hotels they relate to when reconciling credit cards.

Hi gail34, it's not possible to create sub-account for suppliers, we appreciate that this would be useful in situations such as this one and we will pass on recommendation for this. :)

You can categorise the transactions using location or class tracking for reporting purposes as an alternative. This will not impact the sales chart of accounts themselves however.
