Hello Tangonovemberbravo, its no problem at all, we appreciate that, if you ring the support line on 0808 234 5337, the line is open mon to fri from 8am to 7pm and is free from any UK landline or mobile, the agent will be able to raise an escalation up for you there and then someone will be in touch with you within 48 hours.

The thing is tanonovemberbravo is Ashleigh is being paid to reply with the same endless rubbish.

On the other hand we are having to pay for the pleasure of putting up with all this rubbish. Also, in the case of my buisness, I'm paying TWICE because I run my Quickbooks side-by-side because Intuit can't even sort all the missing, simple features like logo's on purchase orders or statements and I can trust the desktop version delivering the emails becuase that older, soon to be phased out version, works. Instead they plough ahead with useless things like changing the left menu to confuse the hell out of everyone who's used to it as it is.

 

Great new feature announced, you can pin the chash flow link (which is already in the left menu) to another section of the menu thus adding an extra click to get to the same page!

 

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

now they are even 'inviting' their users to leave Trustpilot reviews as plenty of us a few months back left honest truthful negative reviews due to their inability to provide a functioning service.

 

its the same 'BOT's' that reply across all their media/social platforms. 

 

and 8 months later here we are  ...... shall await the response of our engineers are working on a fix ............................... !!

There is another thread relating to this as well.

 

The problem lies on QBO being blacklisted for their sending domains.

 

Invoices are not being delivered.

8th September 2023 and I am getting the same issues with every invoice I send. there is zero point in paying for a service that cuases more problems than it fixes. Especially when those problems are the problems they claim to eleviate!! Pathetic performance.

I understand how it feels when you encounter recurring issues with emailing invoices. To ensure this issue gets resolved in no time, I recommend reaching out to our phone experts. One of the agents has a tool that can check your account, and they can create an investigation about this matter. You can contact them through the ? Help icon.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the ? Help icon.
  2. On the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a human.
  3. You can enter Bounced emails and delivery issues as your keywords.
  4. Select how you'll want to contact us.

 

Moreover, you may also want to view all your sales transactions. You can go to the Sales menu and select All Sales. This will give you a great view of the status of sales transactions, open invoices, and paid invoices.

Has your email been hacked?  Our business email was hacked at Easter and the hackers were intercepting invoices and estimates produced and sent via QuickBooks and then contacting our clients pretending to be us telling them we had problems with our bank and QuickBooks, so could payment be made to an alternative account for which they'd send new BACS details.  Fortunately, our clients were on the ball and phoned me to question this, so no one lost any money.  However, from the point of the hacking, we found we were not receiving emailed invoices from at least two of our main suppliers.  I have wondered if this is some type of new scam, whereby invoices are being stolen and used to claim VAT back.  Our ISP (TalkTalk) haven't done anything to look into this, despite me spending five months trying to communicate with them to get it all sorted.

I have a suggestion that I want to share so we can fix issues with your emailed invoices, Christopher.

 

Sometimes, you may not be receiving emails and aren't being notified. If this happens, it's most likely because your email service provider's server doesn't  provide us a notification of the delivery error. 

 

However, in your case someone is already intercepting your invoices and estimates and even pretended to be as you. I recommend reaching out to an IT Guy to help you double-check and configure some of your software applications, servers, and databases. This will prevent hacking issues when using QuickBooks Online (QBO).
