Business is in jersey . setting up invoice details ~ can't set up company address without the letters lo appearing before the postcode. what should i do?

Business is in jersey . setting up invoice details ~ can't set up company address without the letters lo appearing before the postcode. what should i do?

Hi Enquiries17, 

 

Thank you for getting in touch on the community page, 

 

The reason why it is posting the letters lo is it is putting a county code in for you. The way in which to stop the lo appearing is, if you go into the cog wheel, account and setting and in the company section. In there you will be able to put the companies address in and the county you are in save it, it will stop showing the lo code or try selecting the drop down and selecting the blank section.

Thank you Ashleigh, you're advice greatly appreciated. I used the blank as you suggested. ( The blank isn't obvious on the drop down list. Problem solved.
