Are you using the mobile app? If so, we can clear and resync the data so we can fix it. Click the Gear icon, scroll down and tap Refresh Data. If the same thing happens, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall it.

Then, go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/online/apps/ to reinstall it.

in the app after clicking on the gear icon there isn’t the option to Refresh Data? So I deleted and reinstalled the app but no luck, it still has no options under tax?
