Can the android app show all invoices?. It only shows me invoices upto a month old. I can see older ones on the desktop but not the app.

All your invoice transactions will show up on both platforms (desktop and mobile). Since this isn't your case, I recommend clearing your app's data. This refreshes its connection and fixes data-related issues like missing invoices.
You can clear the data from the QuickBooks Online app by following these steps:
From More Options ⋮, select on Settings.
Tap on RefreshData.
Choose on Yes.
