Since you're still getting the same issue with your bank transactions and want to get live support, I'll give you the steps to request one. Here's how:

Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
Select the Help (?) icon.
Scroll down to select the Contact Us button and follow the prompts.
You will be able to request a callback or start a live chat with an expert.

Let's get your missing transactions downloaded so you can get back to business, @owills2502-aol-c.

When you link a bank account in QuickBooks, your transactions download automatically. The data that is imported into our system will depend on the information your bank shares with us.

If there are missing transactions, I recommend checking your bank's website. It may be possible that they aren't showing yet in your account.

If it's already reflected on the website, I suggest updating the bank account to refresh the connection between your bank and QuickBooks. Here's how:

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Click Banking/Transactions from the left menu.
Select the appropriate bank account.
Press the Update button.

Once all of your bank transactions are downloaded, you can categorize them to put them into the correct accounts.
