Hi rokinsjoinery, thanks for joining us here on the Community :)
We're not aware of any issues with the email invoices at the moment, is this impacting all clients or only some? If you send an invoice to your own inbox do you see the same message?
Yes, I'm getting the same reports from customers - they click on the link and get the 'Temporarily unavailable' message. I have tried sending myself dummy invoices to my inbox, and get the same problem, and to others, who get the same problem. So far all reports have come from iPhone and Apple users, but that could be coincidence.
My browser caches are cleared automatically when Safari closes, so it shouldn't be that possible issue causing the problem, as I shouldn't get the issue as caches are empty.
I have had to resort to emailing pdfs - not what I expected from a slick app like quickbooks, and it doesn't send the right business message either. People get stressed enough when they're locked out, and paying me shouldn't be made harder than necessary
This isn't the kind of experience that I'd like you to have while using a QuickBooks, and we know how much time it can take when something isn't working in your end. I suggest reaching out to our Customer support team. They can take a look at your account and verify what causes the unexpected behavior. Here's how:
To ensure that you'll be assisted immediately, I recommend checking our support hours before performing the steps.

Hi thanks for your reply, so yes this was the first thing I thought of doing which ended up happening to my own email. So I ended up closing all my apps and deleted caches opened up a new tab to log in, resent a new invoice to my own email address again and it opened as normal.
very inconvenient I know but easily sorted
Im having the same problem.
I have reported it to quickbooks who have just said they are aware there is a problem and they are trying to fix it, in the meantime we should send our invoices via PDF using personal email.
I have to say this is very disappointing and really doesn't look professional to my clients.
I am going to look at other options!
Hi mcgowanweddingcakes We sincerely appreciate the position you're in and apologise for any inconvenience that this issue may be causing you. We can assure you that our engineers are working to reslove the issue and we thank you for your patience.
Hi there :)
Yes, I have had the same message from support in that they are working on it - in the meantime I'm just telling customers that the problem is with Quickbooks, and that I will have to email them a pdf invoice.
I'm happy enough with QBSE otherwise, and am busy - so won't be looking for alternatives - and in the meantime, people know it's a QB issue, not me :D
