Hello Tpcreative can you please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it, log back in again try do the connection again.

You can ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 line is open mon to fri 8am to 7pm to do a screenhsare with the agent and it can be raised up if needs to as well.
Hi - Co-op feed has stopped for ussince 1st Sep 23 - keep getting 355 error have disconnected and reconnected apparently successfully twice but as yet no joy getting new transactions

We're aware of a current issue with the Co-Operative Bank where some customer are receiving a 355 error response when connecting or updating their account in QB.

Can you also add myself as an impacted user for the Coop Bank Business account feed 355 issue?
