Hello, I can not have access to 3 months of my transaction history 10/07/19 to 25/10/19. Has any of you experienced similar issues?

I've checked my resources, and there isn't anyone who experienced similar issues. Rest assured that I've got some steps you can perform to access your 3 months worth of your transaction history from 10/07/2019 to 25/10/2019, @galamorous

A typical browser's cache stores data from previous websites you've visited. However, as it collects information, it might cause display issues in the program. This could be the reason you're unable to see your transaction history for three months.

First, you'll have to access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through a private browser. This is a great way to isolate the issue since it doesn't store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Internet Explorer: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P

From there, go back to the Audit Log. Then, set the date range from 10/07/2019 to 25/10/2019 in the Filter drop-down and select Apply. You can click View from the History column to review the transaction details. See the screenshot below for your visual reference.

If it works, clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps the browser to function efficiently. If not, I'd suggest using using other supported browsers.

Additionally, you can run a Transaction List by Date report to view all of your transactions from 10/07/2019 to 25/10/2019. Just go to Reports from the left menu and enter the report name in the Search box. Then, set the Report period and click Run report as seen in the screenshot below.

I'm just a comment away if there's anything else you need. Have a great day, @galamorous
