With QuickBooks Payments, you can send invoices so customers can pay online. However, if your customer don't see Pay Now in their email, we can check your invoice settings to ensure the online payments are enabled.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings under Your Company.
- Select Sales from the left menu.
- Look for Invoice payments and make sure the online payments are enabled.
- Click Save, then Done.
