Welcome to the Community, TjLifts.
At this time, QuickBooks Online is planning to release the Receipt Capture feature. We'll be updating our QBO UK product updates page for details on when this becomes available.
For now, you can make use of the Attachment feature to upload receipt transactions. Then, manually enter the information before you attach the photo/PDF.
Let's start with enabling the Attachment feature by following the steps below:
- Go to Expenses on the left panel, then choose Suppliers.
- Select the supplier you’re working on.
- Click on the Gear icon in the lower right-hand corner, and mark the box for Attachments.

Now, you can add the receipts attachment. If you have created an expense, open it and proceed to the Attachments section to upload the photo.
