Thanks for dropping by the Online Community. I’m happy to point you in the right direction about customising an invoice.
The Customer field on the invoice is a built-in feature and changing its name is currently unavailable. Instead, use the Description field to enter the service.
This way, you’ll be able to see the name and identify the transaction. For the status to show up on the invoice, tailor it and manually enter the status.
To accomplish this task, follow these steps:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top, then choose Custom Form Styles.
- In the New style drop-down, select Invoice.
- On the Content tab, click on the invoice’s header to see the Custom field link.
- Under the Display section, mark an empty box and enter Status.
- Click on Done.
