How do I add my bank details to an invoice so people can pay?

I'd be glad to walk you through the process to add bank details to an invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Hannah.

To help your customers set up a payment, we can customise the footer of your invoice to include your bank details. Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings and select Custom form styles.
  2. Locate the Standard style and select Edit from the Action column or select Invoice from the New style dropdown.

  3. Select the Content tab and click the third footer section.
  4. Enter the bank details in the textbox and Add footer text.

  5. Click Done.

Please note that the change will only apply to newly created invoices after the invoice customisation was applied.

For more information about personalising and adding specific info to your sales forms, check out this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Once your customer paid their invoices, learn how to record them through this link: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

If there is anything else I can do for you, please, don't hesitate to let me know by adding a reply. I'd be more than happy to help. Keep safe and have a good one!

Hello CBL2, Thanks for posting on the Community page, so import styles is no longer supported. If you still have that you won't be able to import any new styles. The steps provided are the only way to do it.
