How do I match Shopify deposits in QBO? They include refunds, fees and sales

Sorry, I wasn’t very clear. My Shopify account is linked already but there are hundreds of sales transactions sitting in there unreconciled. How do I reconcile them? It isn’t as easy as mathching them as the payments have fees and refunds taken off before they reach out bank account.
