Hi dianne12 If you're viewing the list from within the billing and subscription section you should be able to export/open the invoice to a pdf you will then have a printer icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, are you able to view this?
I am having the same problem, I can see the list of direct debit payments to Intuit, but when I clicked on "Download to PDF", it just load for a few seconds and nothing happened, not in my download files, nor can I see any printer icon...
