Hello Community Users! We just wanted to come back to this thread to clarify that the HSBC Kinectic connection is only available mobile to mobile. What this means is to have the connection you would need to connect the bank in Quickbooks using the Quickbooks mobile app. The transactions will then upload in the banking/transaction of the app. Any questions just ask.
Just to add, as there wasn't enough room originally,
The connection seems fine from hsbc end as I can view my QB invoices etc but it's not showing in QB yet, and it's not possible to add through the normal methods as doesn't guve an option for HSBC Kinetic. I left QBs last year because of this issue and was assured by HSBC recently it now works. Would hate to leave again because it doesn't! Hoping it's just timing and takes working days to update.
