I can no longer see when an invoice has been opened, why?

Are you viewing QuickBooks on the app or web browser? Please note that the invoice will only update to show that it has been viewed if the customer has selected the Review and pay button on the email invoice.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
