i cannot importing my CSV file many times

many times i try to importing my csv file it can't success. it said "Darn.... bla bla . I editted as same as required QBSE formated,. i saved in .csv formated . here i screen shoot my file

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use the trial version of csv2qbo converter tool to isolate the problem.

Let's work together to fix this issue so you can successfully import your CSV file in QuickBooks Self-Employed. 

 

Since you already followed the required format for the file, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is within your browser. Please know that cache-induced browsers can affect the program's performance and be a reason you can't import your transaction into your account. You can start by accessing your QuickBooks account in an incognito or private browser. For easier access, you can refer to the shortcut keys below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

Once you're signed in, you can import the file into the program. Before proceeding, make sure you click and select the DateDescription, and Amount columns. Please refer to the image below:

 

If this works, you can clear your browser to delete the unnecessary cache and start with a clean slate. 

 

However, if the issue persists, you can reach our Customer Support to review your account and help you further. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Help (?), then select the Search tab.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Select the topic to connect with the right expert, or choose Ask about something else and provide a brief discussion of your concern.
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat all day, M-F.
  • Call us. M-F, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and S-S, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

 

In addition, once you've successfully imported the transactions, you might want to categorise them in QuickBooks Self-Employed to put the transactions on the correct line of your Schedule C and organise your income and expenses.
