You can run the Invoice List report (Take me there) for a period of All dates to produce a list of all invoices in QuickBooks.
If you want a full copy of each invoice (in PDF format) you would need to do this individually by selecting Print/Preview on the invoice > Click the file icon to save (or press Ctrl + S).
Alternatively, you can go to Sales > Invoices > Select all > Batch actions > Print > Select the file icon to save multiple in one file.
