You can double check if the invoice was deleted by viewing your Audit log. Here’s how:
- Click the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Audit Log under Tools.
- Click Filters
- Select All users under User, Dates to All dates.
- Under Show only these events, select Transactions
- Choose Deleted/Voided transaction on the box next to Show.
- Click Apply.
Once it shows the deleted invoice, you can click View under History to show the invoice details so you can recreate it again.
