I send out remittance advices to my suppliers, how do I remove my own bank details from the advice? There does not appear to be a remittance advice template to edit.

I'll help you go through the process to ensure sure you can delete the bank information from the remittance advice, WD40.

If you've entered the bank account details in the Memo section of the bill payment, delete it before sending the remittance slip. In the event you input bank details in the Message field on the Send remittance screen, you can manually remove it from there.

Here's how:

  1. In your company, head to the Expenses menu on the left panel and select Expenses.
  2. From the transactions ▼ dropdown, choose Bill payment.
  3. Click the Filter menu and set the specific date and payee.
  4. Press the Apply button for the changes to take effect.
  5. Mark the box for the entry to which you wish to send the remittance slip and tap the Send remittance button.
  6. This action will open a screen that contains details about the slip.
  7. In the Message field, delete your banking information and select Send.
