I use CommitCRM to post invoices (ie via API), the new invoice does not get set as direct debit. Manual invoiceing, it sets as Direct Debit? Is there an issue?

Hi, numberite.

Let me help point you in the right direction regarding posting invoices using the CommitCRM in QuickBooks Online.

I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, Intuit QuickBooks will provide support if your data have been successfully stored into QuickBooks from CommitCRM or any third-party application.

There's a community dedicated to developers and utilizing of applications with QuickBooks. I recommend that you sign up and post this question to our separate online forum called Intuit Developer Community.

This site contains resources for software development, as well as the ability to ask fellow developers questions. You can find additional information about this at the following link: Intuit Developer.

Additionally, I'd encourage you to visit our QuickBooks Blog, so you'll be updated with our latest news and updates including product improvements. Just go to https://quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/blog/.

For additional help, you can also reach out to our QuickBooks Online Support. They have additional tools to assist you in getting this resolved.

Should you need more help about invoicing in QuickBooks Online, don't hesitate to let me know. I'll be here to help you out.
