I've sent 3 invoices to an existing customer. He can't open them and gets a message saying invoice unavailable

We’ve also received reports that this happens to U.S. recipients viewing invoices using an iOS mobile device. Our engineers are already working on the solution. While waiting for it, please contact our QBO Support team so they can add your account to the ticket (INV-61621) for an update. They have the tools to do that.
