Hello, pmy1, thanks for posting on the Community page, we appreciate what you are asking but unfortunately, there is no way to download all of your invoices without having an active subscription with a self-employed account.
Self-employed accounts work differently from our online accounts where it doesn't go into a read-only status after unsubscribing. So the only way to get your invoices would be to make the account active again by subscribing, once active again we would advise you to export ALL the data out of the account so you don't come to have this issue again. When you have exported all the data out of the account then cancel it again, so no further payments are taken.
You can request and submit a refund request if you pay us directly, the team who deals with these requests will get back to you with a response. If it's done through a 3rd party so either iTunes or Google Play you will need to request a refund directly with them.
