Hi chriseacott, thanks for joining the Community :) - do any specific bounce-back error messages appear when sending the invoices in QuickBooks, and if you CC yourself into the invoice, do you receive the copy successfully?
Hello Georgia. Yes, I do receive a bounce back message, in the main invoice field. It reads:
Delivery error: undeliverable
Last attempt: Sent by email to [email addresses] at [time & date].
I aways bcc to myself, and now nothing comes to me. I even tried clearing all email addresses and just sent to myself. Nothing came through. It's also clear my clients have not received any invoices.
All this has happened over the past few days, and it's been several weeks since I last issued invoices. Chris

The customer's email service sends a failure or delivery error notification to your email service when your invoices bounced back. Then a notification is added to the transaction stating the email delivery failed if the delivery failure error is sent to us by your email service provider. We can view the list of bounced emails with delivery errors by following the steps below:
Next, sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and try sending an invoice to your email or your customer's email address. If it works, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing your browser's cache helps to troubleshoot and remove any outdated files that are causing the issue. After clearing the cache, our final step is to make sure you restart your browser to help us refresh the page. Alternatively, you can use a different supported browser.
We can also manually download the invoice and send them from outside of the QuickBooks program. I'll show you how.
