Currently, the option to forward email receipts directly to your QuickBooks Sole Trader account is not yet available, as this plan offers limited features. This functionality is only available in our QuickBooks Online plans, where users can create a custom email address to send receipts directly to QuickBooks.
Since QuickBooks Sole Trader does not support this feature yet, you can upload your receipts manually instead.
Here's how:
- Go to Transactions.
- Select Receipts tab.
- Click on New receipt drop-down menu.
- Choose either Upload from this device or Add from mobile device.
- Proceed with the following steps to complete the process.
After completing the upload, refresh your browser, and your receipts should appear on the Receipts page.
Alternatively, you can use the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app to snap and upload your receipts directly to QuickBooks.
