Is there a sent items folder where you can check if e mails have been sent form QB.
We have customers saying they haven't received invoices ?
There is not a sent items folder,However you can view whether the invoice was sent. If you go to reports and search for open invoices in the find report by name section and then go to customise in the top right and then in rows and columns and then change columns and then put a tick in the sent column you will then see in the report all the ones that have been sent
You can also go to sales and all sales and there is a status column which will show if it has been viewed or not. There is another option where you can go into the invoice itself and go to more and then audit history as well as in the invoice by the attachments section it should show a history as well
