Hello cliftonll, Thanks for contacting us at the Community. Are you using the app or a pc to upload the receipts?
Hi. I’m using the app. Thanks
Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us, @cliftonll.
Let me provide you some insights about uploading receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
There's no way to scan a bunch of page receipts once you're using the QuickBooks application. Please know that each image or file should only contain a single receipt or bill.
You can use this article to know the other ways of getting receipts and bills into QuickBooks Online: Capture and categorize receipts and bills.
I also added some articles for your additional reference:

What an absolute joke
come on quickbooks , how many folk have 2 page recipts , time to move platforms ,
this is laughable
what am I paying you for!
Hello Community Users, We just wanted to pop in and add to this thread regarding uploading multi page receipts into Quickbooks. We do have an option to email the receipts(receipt forwarding) which our team will then upload for you into the Quickbooks which would be an option in this situation. We have included information on how to do that here
Any questions feel free to ask them on this thread
This is obviously not a sustainable option, and QB should fix this laughable lack asap.
Yes from a computer. if you ave scanned 20 invoices on a pc, split to 20 or have 20 receipts, You then drag and drop all 20 and it will process them as a batch. You can also set up and get suppliers to email @@qbodocs.com , has to be one at a time
