When checking the account 'detail type' within the Chart of Accounts (Cog > Chart of Accounts), does Wave show listed here as a current account or credit card?
How did you migrate data from Wave? If you are using QBO Simple Start, you are unable to purge it but open a new blank QBO account.
Hi alisonpeet001, If the account is within 90 days of the subscription start date you can wipe this by following the steps below:To purge the data, follow the steps listed below:
You can then re-import the data from Wave.
