Hi alisonpeet001, If the account is within 90 days of the subscription start date you can wipe this by following the steps below:To purge the data, follow the steps listed below:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and select the Dashboard tab
  2. Change the URL to remove /homepage and replace with /purgecompany
  3. The next screen will provide a summary of the items to be deleted.
  4. Type the word “YES” once the data gets deleted, then click OK.
  5. Click Wipe Data once your selections are complete.
  6. Once the deletion is complete, you will be rerouted to your home page

You can then re-import the data from Wave.
