We have received reports from other QuickBooks users when priinting invoices. Rest assured, our engineers have been notified about this issue and are working diligently to fix this as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, it has been identified that closing the preview and opening it again a few times may resolve the issue. That being said, I'd recommend that you try it out and check if the footer will appear.
