Hi usermikeyearwood288 When you uploaded the transactions have you then matched them/added them in from the receipts option on the banking page and when you state accountants copy, are you referring to when your accountant logs in are they not able to see these transaction?

i am the accountant and at the moment we are only using quickbooks as a mechanism for user to copy and record receipts. we are intending to link up to bank shortly and will be endeavouring to raise sales invoices also. will be reviewing quickbooks for accounting purposes when approaching companies year end in a few months time. on users version can clearly see receipts have been saved but not when i log on and then click on client

I’m glad to hear your plans, @usermikeyearwood288.

Let me provide a fix to your issue and share a little information on how you can manage QuickBooks Online.

Missing entries are sometimes caused by browser-related concerns. Cache data make your browsing experience process faster and saves you time. However, these files can become outdated/corrupted, leading to unusual issues that affect system functionalities. We can perform a few steps so you can continue to run the business.

First, access your account in a private window for testing. You can use these key shortcuts below for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Then check if you're able to view them. If yes, you’ll want to go back to your main browser and clear the cache. This helps refresh website preferences that might be causing problems when you use QuickBooks. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.

I have a link here that contains several resources and step-by-step videos to learn your way around QuickBooks. You can select each topic listed horizontally on how each features works.

Drop a comment below if you have any other questions or concerns. I'm always determined to help you out. Take care.
