The option to record a payment on invoices has disappeared?
Let me ensure you can record payments to your invoices, Dify.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), there are two ways you can record payments for your invoices. Through the dedicated Receive Payment button within the invoice itself and the + New button found in the upper left corner of your QBO dashboard.
You can refer to the screenshots below:
The following options should be available and can be applied to an invoice that has not yet been marked as paid. If any of these options are missing, it could be due to a browser-related issue. To resolve this, I recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies. This helps isolate and eliminate outdated or corrupted data within your browser that may be causing the options to disappear.

Thank you, but I use the app on iOS (iPhone a s iPad), does this apply to that, as I don’t have any options to record payment or mark a quote as accepted, they were there before but aren’t now
In the new invoice layout (on the IOS App), when you save (which you have to do before you can request a signature or mark an invoice paid), it doesn’t stay on the invoice allowing you to request a signature, or mark it paid.
It now takes you back to whichever page you started from, eg home page, or customer page, wherever you clicked “create new invoice” from.
In the old layout, it stayed on the invoice so you could mark it paid.
I reported this as a bug last week, and it’s on the list to be fixed.
For now, we have stuck with the old layout, until this is fixed (or until we are forced to move to the new layout).
You can switch invoice layout via the web / browser app (in the web app, click to create new invoice, and click the button to switch to old layout).
