Hello Shop Admin. Are you using the Windows or Mac desktop app? We do have an ongoing investigation into Mac pcs and the compatibility of the desktop app since Apple made changes it has impacted the desktop app built in a certain way to work with Mac users. As soon our senior technicians have found a way to resolve this and a new app version is ready we'll be updating the blog We would advise using the browser in the meantime. bookmarking it and using the browser or pc password protection so that it is an easy sign-in for you.:smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:
I am using the Windows version and it is terrible.
It works fine and is an excellent idea and I really want to like it - but it is just so unstable it is dangerous. We have lost invoices that "appear posted" and so on.....stock is updated but does not show

You have the option to clear the cache of your QuickBooks Online App. This way, your app will start afresh and will also optimize its performance and retrieve the missing invoices.
