“ Adding Product “ to invoice

For some reason I am unable to click on “ Add product / Price “ button, yet to add customer and select the due date works perfectly fine. I am due to forward 2 invoices over this afternoon and am unable. Please get this fixed. Also may I just add the original layout prior to update is way more easier and much more enjoyable.

The error you’re experiencing when trying to add product/price to your invoice is due to a browser issue. 

 

To resolve this, we can start by refreshing your browser. You can also try processing this in an incognito or private browsing window. If the issue persists, you can sign out of your QBO account and sign back in. Once you’re back in, try adding product/price to your invoice. 

 

Also, ensure you’re using a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari, when accessing QuickBooks Online.
