Before we proceed, have you encountered any error message? This can help us identify the cause and accurate troubleshooting solutions to retrieve your transactions and other information.
You can refresh your app for now to update your data. Here are the steps below:
For iOS:
- Go to Settings, then tap General.
- Select iPhone Storage, then click the QuickBooks Online app.
- Tap Offload App.
For Android:
- Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Navigate to Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Click YES to confirm.
If the issue still persists, it's best to uninstall and then reinstall your app to improve its performance and get everything up to date.
I suggest also accessing or logging in to your QBO account in your mobile browser if the issue still persists.
