Hi kevinharding
Yes you can set up different invoice templates. Select the cog/gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, select Custom Form Styles, select the drop down menu to the right of New Style and select Invoice, in the box under the desgin, content, emails and payments options enter the name of the new invoice, you can then amend this template further if you wish and then select done.
Then when you are creating an invoice and you wish to select between the invoice styles you have created select the customise option in the black area at the bottom of the screen and select the relevant invoice template.

If you are using an imported style you will be able to have a logo per template, the default invoice templates available will only allow to use the log associated with the company itself. the shape of the logo shouldn't be an issue if using on standard templates but could be effected by the size of the image which is being used.
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Hello wardour85,
You can import invoice templates on any version of QuickBooks Online. :)
Thanks,
Talia
This doesn't seem to work. I need a different template for different currencies. Each time i create a new template it overwrites all of the templates that i have saved. So, GBP becomes Euro, becomes USD...can you help resolve this please or the multiple templates seems pointless.
Hi Mike, certain fields on the templates are interlinked, meaning if you update this on one it will it will update across all others. This includes any text entered in the 'message to customer on' field. We recommend entering a general statement in this field, which can then be edited before sending.
