Yes, we can, and I'll gladly help you set them up to do invoices and estimates in your QuickBooks Online account.
All we need to do is to set them up as a Standard User, then assign them to Customers only. Here are the complete steps:
About the company finances, are you trying to block them from viewing all reports in QuickBooks? If this is the case, this setup only lets them view customer and debtor reports. We're unable to completely block them from seeing all listed reports.
However, the Advanced plan has more customisation options for access rights. We may be able to block them from seeing all reports but still allow them to do invoices and estimates.
